After considering both Craftsman and modern ranch exteriors for their home, our clients opted for the more contemporary approach due to their preference for a clean and simple interior.
The design features our trademark great room with 11’+ ceilings and a large rear-facing covered patio, as well as a completely independent rental unit.
This unit is carefully integrated into the design as to not appear obvious from the outside, yet has its only private entrance accessible from the front of the property. Its windows are positioned to allow for ample light and air without compromising the privacy of the main residence. A commercial-grade acoustical double wall separates the two units.
