Los Gatos Urban Village “Il Vicinato”

Recently submitted for Planning Department and community review, this project proposes 11 new homes on an urban infill lot on Los Gatos Boulevard, the Town’s signature street.

A variety of architectural styles will help the project blend into the eclectic surroundings, while careful siting of building entrances and porches will help enliven the car-oriented streetscape and create a more pedestrian-friendly environment.
