Los Gatos Hillside Estate

Designed as a residence for a successful contractor/developer and his family of four, this 6,000 s.f. 2 story house features a separate caretaker’s apartment and extensive landscaping. This Los Gatos home was one of our first new home projects of this scale and level of finish.

Our resourceful client sourced many handcrafted materials overseas and had them shipped to California in two large containers. He oversaw all aspects of construction, and developed the property in its entirety over a period of several years.
